Home Capital exists because the path to owning a quality home shouldn't be this complicated. We design and build four signature manufactured homes, install them on your site, and finance them directly — so families spend less time on hold with banks and more time picking paint colors.
Every Home Capital model is HUD-certified, Energy Star rated, and built with the same care a custom builder would bring to a one-off project — because factory-built doesn't have to mean factory-feeling.
Our story
A different way to build a first home.
Home Capital started in a small lot office in 2014, with one floor plan, a borrowed forklift, and a frustration most buyers know well: the gap between what a family can afford and what the housing market hands them. We thought a factory-built home, done properly, could close that gap — without asking buyers to compromise on the way the home actually feels to live in.
A decade later, the answer looks like four signature models, an in-house lending desk that knows every buyer by name, and a delivery team that treats each set like it's their own family moving in. We are still a small company on purpose. Every home that leaves the line is signed off by someone whose name you'll learn during your build.
Most of our buyers come from a referral, and most of them stay in touch long after the move-in date. That, more than any award or stat, is the part of the business we are proudest of.

Honest pricing
Both the cash price and the financed price are posted next to every model. No call-for-quote games, no last-minute add-ons.
Build it once
Insulation, framing, and roof systems are spec'd to outlast the loan. We would rather lose a sale than ship a home we wouldn't live in.
Lend like neighbors
Our underwriting desk reads the whole file, not just the score. Most decisions are back in your inbox within a business day.
How we build
Every home goes through the same six checkpoints.
Engineered drawings
Each plan is engineered to local wind, snow, and seismic loads before steel is cut.
Sealed envelope
2×6 walls, R-22 ceilings, low-E windows. Built to keep utility bills boring.
Cabinet & finish bench
Cabinets are assembled, leveled, and quality-checked in a dedicated bay — not on-site.
Live-water testing
Plumbing pressure test, leak test, and full appliance burn-in before the home leaves the floor.
Transport & set
Our own set crews handle delivery, blocking, and tie-down — no third-party handoff.
Final walk
You sign off, not us. We don’t call it delivered until the punch list is empty.
