What's the difference between cash and financed price?
The cash price is what the home costs if you pay it in full at signing. The financed price covers in-house lending costs over the life of the loan — no separate origination fees stacked on top.
Do you deliver outside your home state?
Yes. We regularly deliver across the Southeast and into the Mid-Atlantic. Delivery distance is quoted once we know your zip code.
Can I customize the floor plans?
All four models accept finish-level customization — cabinet color, flooring, appliance package, porch options. Structural changes are reviewed case by case.
